These Nordic Walking sessions are medium to fast pace and last for an hour, over fields, trail ways and pavements. The walks are sociable and a great way to keep fit.
Gardening in general at Portland House - weeding, pruning, lawn care.
Flourish is an ecotherapy-based (green care) wellbeing project that aims to support individuals to learn new skills, improve life opportunities, reduce social isolation and increase resilience and wellbeing.
These sociable gardening mornings are an opportunity to get outdoors and meet like-minded people.
A gentle 30 minute walk from the Wellbeing Café to Turbary Park Common and back again.
Wildlife Walk with Bob Ford including a free coffee afterwards
A 2/3km lunchtime walk around the park in some of the fantastic scenery overlooking Poole Town and Holes Bay.
